Internal Sales

Location: Wimbledon

Salary: £29k basic + capped bonus paid quarterly, c £34k

Hours: 8.00am-4.00pm or 9.00am-5.00pm Mon-Fri, office based

Working exclusively with our well-established client based in South West London, this is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills to move into an office based role working within the Internal Sales team.

Internal Sales Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts
• Answering incoming calls from clients and answering enquiries
• Logging calls on the CRM system
• Building relationships with clients
• Receive and process orders
• Dealing with the warehouse and organising deliveries
• Working to targets
• Upselling to existing clients
• Work very closely with a Field Sales Executive to manage your accounts
• Prepare quotations
• Process orders and prepare invoices across various procurement platforms
• Manage orders from point of processing to delivery and monitoring any back orders.

Internal Sales Requirements:

• Previous experience within a customer service position
• Confident communicator on the phone
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Proficient with MS Office systems
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Good level of Maths and English (GCSE Grade C and above)
