Internal Sales

I am pleased to be working alongside an innovative, market-leading client who are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their busy, Birchwood-based operation. They are hiring on a full-time, permanent basis for this position.

Benefits:

• Salary - £28,000 basic salary, with OTE salary of £33,000 per annum
• Bonus – Realistic Opportunities to Earn Commission!
• Working Hours – Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch). Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30 mins lunch)
• Holidays – 20 days, plus Bank Holidays. Holidays then rise as follows: 23 Days Year 2, 24 Days Year 3, 25 Days Year 4

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing invaluable support to the wider sales team and providing and maintaining exemplary customer service to customers. They will be required to communicate directly with customers to provide quotations on company products, as well as process as necessary all POs to ensure timely payments.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Receive and log sales enquiries from customers, ensuring maximum accuracy with all information
• Provide quotations to customers, ensuring margins are within guidelines set by management to ensure maximum profitability
• Work closely with the administration team to ensure timely sending of POs, ensuring any issues are noted and actioned urgently
• Ensure company CRM system is kept as accurate as possible, with any new information being updated straight away
• Support customers and other stakeholders within the process by communicating clearly and actioning tasks daily

Specification:

• Previous experience within an Internal Sales/Quotation based role
• Previous experience with OEM or leasing industries is desirable
• A clear communicator, written and verbally
• A good working knowledge of SAP, CRM or similar operating systems is desirable
