Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and service? We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation that values ambition, professionalism, and integrity.

?? About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in renewing and selling service maintenance contracts while supporting the wider Internal Sales team. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of five, working closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey from quote to contract.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage service contracts and renewal documents tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and analyse data to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and invoice queries.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.

? What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a sales support or administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern CRM platform
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the technical sales industry is a plus.

• Salary: £26,000 per annum + Bonus
• Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Location: Wolverhampton
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
