Internal Sales Administrator

Are you a customer-focused sales professional looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a leading business within the industrial automation and controls sector.

The Role:

Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders via phone and email
Building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
Following up quotations and supporting the sales process from enquiry to completion
Working closely with external sales and technical teams
Providing excellent customer service and product supportWhat We're Looking For:

Previous internal sales, customer service or sales support experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience within electrical, engineering or industrial sectors would be advantageousWhat's on Offer:
