Internal Sales Agent

We are seeking a confident, experienced Telesales Agent/Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team at our office in Polegate. This is a proactive, office-based role focused on generating qualified leads and booking appointments for our external sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to cold and warm leads to generate appointments for the field sales team
• Research and identify new commercial business opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
• Clearly explain our compliance services to prospective clients
• Track activity, conversations, and outcomes for Management review
• Work independently to meet weekly and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B telesales or outbound lead generation
• Comfortable working alone and taking initiative
• Resilient and self-motivated, with the ability to handle knock-backs professionally
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, target-focused, and able to manage your time effectively
• Familiar with prospecting tools
• Experience in technical or compliance-related industries is a plus
