Internal Sales & Customer Service Executive
Location: Walsall
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Office Based

Are you an experienced Internal Sales or Account Management professional who enjoys building relationships and making the most of opportunities?

We're recruiting for a well-established business in Walsall looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their team.

Working closely with a driven Area Sales Manager, you'll look after existing customers, follow up quotations and identify opportunities to grow accounts.

No cold calling or new business development. This is all about building on established relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Building strong relationships with existing customers and getting to know their needs

Looking after customer accounts, keeping track of orders and spotting opportunities to increase spend

Preparing quotes, following them up and helping turn enquiries into orders

Working closely with the Area Sales Manager to keep customers happy and accounts growing

Dealing with everyday customer enquiries, including orders, deliveries, stock and invoices

Keeping customer records up to date and helping the sales office run smoothly
What We're Looking For

Experience in internal sales, account management or a similar sales office role

Confident building customer relationships and spotting sales opportunities

A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitude

Able to work independently, make decisions and take ownership

Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment

Good IT skills and a willingness to learnExperience within manufacturing, distribution or trade sales would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
