• Conducting internal sales activities to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Utilizing sales techniques to promote our fire products and services
• Collaborating with the external sales team to coordinate sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of fire safety products and regulations is a plus

As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients via phone and email to promote our fire products and services.
