Responsibilities will include:
 
Managing qualified customer enquiries, developing sales opportunities
Advising customers on a range of products
Creating and amending quotations to meet customer specifications
Supporting customers throughout the complete sales process
Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer documentation
Liaising with operations and quotations teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
 
Proven experience in the home improvement sector
Excellent customer communication skills
Experience converting opportunities into sales
Good organisational and follow-up skills
A professional and self-motivated approach
