Role: Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm on a rota

We’re looking for an organised and confident Internal Sales Coordinator to join a growing team supporting both trade and domestic customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment and wants to build a career in sales coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Support regional sales teams by managing incoming and outgoing customer queries (phone/email)
• Generate new business through outbound calls (25+ daily)
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
• Coordinate with surveyors and managers to support the full sales process
• Schedule site surveys, installations, and service appointments
• Process orders, take payments, and manage invoicing
• Maintain showroom standards and promote local footfall
• Handle key account support and ensure excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in internal sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Strong organisational ability and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Commercial awareness and drive to hit targets
• Willingness to learn about products and pricing
