The Job Role:

We are delighted to be supporting our client with the recruitment of an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and proactive individual who enjoys building rapport over the phone and is experienced in supporting a sales team.

Working from the Dronfield office, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating appointments and providing vital administrative support to the sales function. This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit someone who is super organised, resilient, and enjoys hitting targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to book appointments for the sales team
• Contacting both existing and prospective decision makers
• Researching and identifying new business leads
• Planning and coordinating appointments effectively
• Managing and updating the internal CRM system
• Communicating appointment details accurately to the sales team
• Preparing presentation packs for meetings

• Are confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven
• Possesses strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Have excellent organisational and administrative capabilities
• Are PC literate, with experience using Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Calendar and Maps
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
