Internal Sales Coordinator

Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Hours: full time, 40 hours a week. Hybrid working optional.

Your role
This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone eager to develop their career working with B2B customers. In this role, you'll elevate our service standards to meet the evolving demands of our Automotive Distributors, Vehicle Manufacturers, and other internal Pico teams. The successful candidate will be the go-to person for inquiries spanning pricing, availability, orders, payments, contracts, kits, products, and other essential aspects tied to our internal and external commitments.

Day to day activities include:

Respond to all queries regarding pricing, availability, kit contents, customisation, part numbering, documentation or collateral
Progress minor projects through our development process (primarily branding & 3rd party products
Provide regular supply of information to distributors (pricing, availability, product images and descriptions)
Ensure completeness of product and pricing information in our business system and partner portals
Work closely with colleagues to follow up quotes to ensure that we close the loop with orders
Work with the Automotive team and other colleagues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Work with the functional Pico teams on all Automotive internal projects and actions. Regularly maintain and review associated action trackers to ensure effective meetings and prompt completion of internal project
Generate, and maintain regular business intelligence reports.
Review distributor content on a regular basis to ensure that their information is always current and accurate

What we're looking for
Ultimately, we are seeking a self-motivated individual ready to dive into our Automotive team headfirst. We are after someone with a background as an internal sales executive or in a similar role. It is crucial that you have hands-on experience in customer-facing positions, where you've tackled queries with finesse. We need someone who not only provides answers but also knows when to guide customers in the right direction when needed.
