Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail -oriented Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development of all project and non -standard work. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties

Training will be provided.

• Prepare costings and quotations for non -standard service work and projects.
  
• Project manage jobs, ensuring strict deadlines are achieved and profit margins are met.
  
• Visit sites where applicable to meet clients, survey installations, and provide support to service engineers.
  
• Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  
• Plan meetings.
  
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  
• Order parts for special projects and monitor delivery progress.
  
• Book travel arrangements.
  
• Submit profitability reports.
  
• Visit sites with service engineers and assist with various types of service work to develop a strong understanding of industrial gas burners, process ovens, and spray booths within the paint finishing industry.
  

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  
• Exceptional organizational and time -management abilities
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment
  
• Strong problem -solving skills and critical -thinking ability
  

Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage.

Pay: £30,000–£35,000 per year
