Job Description - Internal Sales Executive

Internal Sales Executive – Permanent Role
Glasgow (G41 1RR) | Fully Onsite | 40 Hours (08:00–17:00)
£27,500 – £32,500 per annum (DOE)

Are you a proactive sales professional with a knack for building strong customer relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being at the heart of the sales process? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!
We’re working in partnership with a well-established third-party client to recruit a permanent Internal Sales Executive, based fully onsite at their Glasgow office (G41 1RR).
Key Responsibilities:

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Managing customer accounts and handling enquiries via phone and email
Liaising closely with the Sales Manager and wider team
Responding to customer queries and providing exceptional service
Supporting with pricing, quotes, and order processing
Building strong relationships with existing customers while developing a new client base
Supporting credit control and order fulfilment processes

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales-focused role
A proactive, confident sales approach with excellent communication skills
Strong customer service mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience working in builder’s merchants or a construction-related environment is highly desirable
Comfortable with phone and email-based customer interaction
Organised, team-focused and target-driven
