Internal Sales Executive - B2B Sales
Location: Essex
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Bonus/Commission
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

I’m recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business within the Construction/Manufacturing sector, seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Executive to join their friendly sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for relationship building and solution-based selling, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound enquiries and proactively make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored product or service recommendations.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals to secure new business and upsell existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order processing.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team sales targets and KPIs.

?? Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management (B2B preferred).

  • Confident phone manner with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven, with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
