37.5hr working week - rota set 6 weeks in advance - inc 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month

Full-Time Base Salary £24,525 + Uncapped Commission - realistic OTE £30k-£35k

We're looking for driven, dynamic Sales Agents to join a fast-growing travel insurance company. This is your chance to turn your people skills into serious earning power—while helping customers find the right cover for their adventures abroad.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound calls—no cold calling

• Matching customers with the right travel insurance plans

• Spotting upsell opportunities and turning them into extra commission

• Building genuine rapport while following proven scripts

• Answering questions and handling objections with professionalism

• Ensuring accurate data entry and protecting customer information

• Contributing to a team that thrives on energy, ambition, and results

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (call centre experience is a bonus)

• A target-driven mindset with a passion for winning

• Confident, clear communicator who enjoys talking to people

• Resilient and positive, even under pressure

• Experience in insurance is helpful but not essential—we’ll train you
