Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and actively pursue new sales leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the construction industry
