Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 Basic, Plus Commission, Private Healthcare, Company Pension Scheme, Death in Service, 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays, Full Product Training.

Job Description:

Due to company expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, sales focused, and customer-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established Consturction Hire company who have multiple locations across the UK.

Within the role of Internal Sales Executive, you will work closely alongside the Sales Team in order to generate quality outbound leads, as well as follow up on inbound emails and telephone inquiries. There will be plenty of opportunities for career progression and skill development, as well as a highly incentivising, and rewarding commission structure on offer!

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities over the phone and via email
• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Following up on sales inquiries

Requirements of Role:

• Outbound Sales, Business Development, Hire Desk, Lead Generation, Customer Service, Telemarketing or Telesales experience (minimum 12 months)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Hold a passion & interest for working in sales and working towards sales targets
• Knowledge of Construction, Construction Hire, Fire & Security, or Engineering sectors would be advantageous but not essential
