What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to inbound enquiries and reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital platforms

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers

Creating quotes, following up proposals, and sealing the deal

Keeping CRM records up to date and tracking sales activities

Collaborating with external sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Understanding client needs and recommending the best-fit solutions

Hitting (and exceeding!) KPIs and sales targets

Providing first-class customer service from enquiry to order fulfilment

Staying sharp on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
