Internal Sales Executive

£28,250 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Monday to Friday + every other Saturday (half day)

My client are looking for a Customer focussed sales person to help run their trade counter in Swansea. You will enthusiastically provide advice, building strong relationships, with often regular customers. You will build up your product knowledge to offer expert advice and a service that keeps customers coming back.

Role:

1. Effectively deal with all customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
2. Provide product, pricing , and availability information
3. Provide quotes and process sales orders
4. Upsell and Cross-Sell relevant products

About You:

1. Experience in sales, trade counter, or similar role in construction/trade environment
2. Excellent communication and very personable
3. Positive, can do attitude
4. High level of attention to detail and able to handle a variety of tasks
