Internal Sales Executive

A growing mechanical, HVAC and electrical products distribution business is looking for a motivated Internal Salesperson to join their successful business in Cardiff. You'll be building strong relationships with B2B customers and maximising the profitability of your customer accounts.

The business you'll be joining has a fantastic reputation in their industry and is known for high-quality products and exceptional service. They are part of a market-leading £1 billion UK distribution group who already employ over 1,700 people throughout the UK.

In this Internal Sales role, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and B2B clients
• Spotting opportunities to grow current business accounts
• Working closely with the external sales team to pinpoint and implement specific strategies to achieve sales targets
• Providing quotations for new and existing customers with competitive pricing and support
• Negotiating with suppliers to maximise margin

• A starting salary between £27,000 - £30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Requirements

To succeed in this Internal Sales role, you should have:

• A couple of years experience in sales or telesales, ideally within a B2B environment
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude and be a strong team player
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
