Internal Sales Executive

Macildowie are working with this high-growth client based in Nottinghamshire who are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Executive (permanent, office-based). You'll be joining a small, energetic team promoting technical products sold via OEMs and distributors in both domestic and international markets. You'll benefit from hands-on training, strong support, and real opportunity to grow.

Salary: £35,000 plus commission/bonuses
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Office-based, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (hours may flex slightly depending on business demands)

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

• Reach out proactively to new prospects (cold-calling etc.)

• Work with overseas clients when required

• Support senior sales staff and learn product/application details

• Some external visits may be required (all expenses covered)

• Self-motivated, and confident working independently

• Positive and mature mindset, high energy with the personality to engage with others

• Experience in inside sales

• Full, clean driving licence, able to travel as needed

• Good computer literacy: Office 365; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems an advantage

• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external

• Competitive salary £35,000 + performance-related bonuses/commission

• 22 days holiday per annum plus statutory UK holidays

• Immediate enrolment to pension scheme (10% gross salary)
