Job Description - Internal Sales Executive

Internal Sales Executive

Here at Avena, we are a fast-paced, growing company with an expanding sales department, and we are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join us.

What you'll be doing:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

* Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

* Conduct market research to analyse customer needs and preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.

What you will bring:

* Proven experience in telesales, a busy outbound contact centre role, or an internal sales role, preferably within a fast-paced, full-cycle sales environment.

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on persuasive selling techniques.

* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

* Starting salary up to £35,000, with OTE of £60,000+

* OTE of £72,000+ in year two
