Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will support Area Sales Managers and customers by managing quotations, following up opportunities, coordinating samples, maintaining CRM records, and providing excellent customer service. You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, the external sales team, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up customer quotations.
Support Area Sales Managers across their territories.
Coordinate product samples and customer projects.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
Build strong customer relationships and handle sales enquiries.
Provide product, pricing, and quotation support.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support customer requirements.
Produce sales reports and support sales campaigns.
Monitor quotation activity and conversion performance.
Essential Skills
Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience using CRM systems.
