Internal Sales Executive

My client, a rapidly expanding organisation in the container hire and sales sector is seeking a driven, target‑focused, Internal Sales Executive to join their high‑performing commercial team. Perfect for someone who thrives on winning business, building strong customer relationships, and smashing targets. The role is based on site at their HO in Stockton, however a hybrid working pattern would also be considered. The key focus is on container sales but hire revenue generated will also be included in your bonus payments.

The Role

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and social outreach and utilising the extensive customer database

Manage inbound enquiries and advise customers on tailored solutions

Produce and follow up quotations, upsell, and close profitable deals

Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage existing accounts

Key Skills

Self‑motivated and target‑driven

Excellent communication and customer service

Strong negotiation ability

Resilient with strong commercial awareness

Experience in the construction/hire industry would be great, but not essential

Package

Competitive base salary (flex depending on experience)

Uncapped monthly commission (% of revenue)
