Job Description - Internal Sales Executive
Our client requires an individual to provide continuous flow of new, potential customers through efficient handling of existing and new prospects and identifying sales opportunities.
Main Duties
Carry out telesales activity on a daily basis.
Administer ACT /CRM updates.
Prepare ABI leads for cold calling to architects and other clients.
Arrange appointments over the phone and manage the Client Relations team diaries, including client visits, catalogue drops and CPD's.
Initiate contact with new clients using social media, where applicable.
Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
Direct prospects to the Client Relations team, where required.
Skills and Knowledge
Previous sales/business development experience
High attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, target-driven, the ability to apply innovative solutions, customer-focused, self-motivated, works well as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective IT skills, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
This role requires the post holder to fulfil development activities and/or work overseas as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time, for which a valid passport will be required.
Salary and Benefits
Up to £40K
Company bonus (approx. 10% of annual salary paid quarterly)
