Location: Manchester - 3 days per week in the office
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 per annum + bonus

We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to handle and convert inbound enquiries, guide customers through product options, and schedule visits with our external sales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking 10-15 inbound calls per day from Dutch-speaking customers
• Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and recommend solutions
• Converting 2-3 calls per week into qualified appointments for field sales
• Following up on leads, catalogue requests, and sales campaigns
• Supporting sales activity with quotes, CRM updates, and product information
• Collaborating with the wider team to boost sales across product lines

What You'll Bring:

• Fluent Dutch and strong English, both written and spoken
• Experience in internal sales, customer service, or telesales
• Confident phone manner with the ability to influence and convert
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems (preferred)
