Internal Sales Executive - Industrial Electrical

One of the UK's leading industrial electrical wholesalers is looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join its successful Gateshead branch. The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting existing customers while helping to grow the branch's sales. You will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, by email and on the trade counter
Advise customers on the best products and solutions for their requirements
Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on enquiries

£32,000 - £36,000 starting salary

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service. You'll ideally have:

Sales experience within industrial electrical wholesale, or a background in industrial or electrical products with a strong commercial mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach and confident telephone manner
