Location: Based in modern offices in Theale, Berkshire, with occasional UK travel

What You’ll Be Doing
Growing business: Identify and engage new prospects, pitching the company’s value at senior levels
Managing relationships: Looking after a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and upselling where possible
Collaborating across teams: Work closely with Tech Support, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience
Solving problems: Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
Hitting targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Staying sharp: Keep up-to-date with their ever-evolving range of products and services
Reporting: Keep the CRM system accurate and provide insights to the leadership team as needed
Team support: Be ready to pitch in and help your fellow sales colleagues when needed
