The role of the Internal Sales Executive - Timber and Construction Products will involve:

* Internal Sales Executive position, selling a manufactured range of timber and construction products such as: fencing, sleepers, pallets, material packaging and renewable wooden energy pellets.

* Selling into builders merchants, timber merchants and buying groups

* Most of your time will be spent dealing with an existing customer base, conducting repeat sales and maintaining relationships alongside the area sales manager

* Liaising with and supporting the external sales team, helping them to generate new

* sales opportunities, increasing sales within their territory

* Processing orders & dealing with enquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times

* Carrying out admin responsibilities such as logging all relevant customer information on the internal CRM system

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Timber and Construction Products experience with:

* Must have experience in sales role within the construction sector

* Experience within the timber market sector is preferred however not essential

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* High levels of organisation and attention to detail

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Great relationship builder/ account development skills
