Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 5PM, (early finish Fridays!)

Up to £30,000 + bonus

Macildowie are working with a leading construction business based in Enderby, Leicestershire.

We're looking for a driven and people-focused Internal Sales Team Leader to join a growing, international industrial manufacturing business supplying technical sealing products to OEMs across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Food, Pharma, and more.

You will take ownership of internal sales activity, leading from the front by supporting customer accounts, maximising revenue, and maintaining first-class service. Alongside this, you'll coach and develop the internal sales team and help drive the business's strategic growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive internal sales through customer relationship management and proactive engagement
• Lead, coach, and inspire a small internal sales team
• Support customer retention and contract renewals
• Analyse sales trends and adapt strategy accordingly
• Ensure product availability and liaise with relevant departments
• Maintain customer satisfaction through high service standards

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a sales environment, ideally within a B2B setting
• Leadership or supervisory background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and confident using internal systems
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven personality
• Exceptional attention to detail
