Job Title: Internal Sales Representative
Location: Downham Market
Job Type: Full-Time, Office based
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up leads via e-mail, telephone and face to face

• Provide quotes, product info, and order processing support

• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

• Update CRM with customer and sales data

• Sales or Customer Service experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Ability to work in a busy, goal-oriented environment
