Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in an internal or inside sales role
• Strong customer relationship management skills are essential to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present product information and negotiate with clients
