Internal Sales Representative

I am pleased to be working with a marketing-leading client as they look for an organised and diligent Internal Sales Representative to join their busy team! The role is located in Birchwood, Warrington, and the client is hiring on a full-time, permanent basis.

Benefits:

• Salary - £24,000 to £30,000, dependant on experience
• Working Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm (45 Mins Lunch), Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm (20 Mins Lunch)
• Holidays – 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing to maximum of 27 days after 7 years
• Contributory Pension Scheme

Role Profile:

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling to products to new and existing customers, being responsible for initial contact, quoting, follow ups and finalisation. They will provide an exemplary level of customer service, as well as working towards individual and team sales targets.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Promote and sell products to customers
• Calculate quotes and send to customers ensuring the desk team is aware of any changes
• Follow up on samples/quotes/projects and maintain a healthy project pipeline
• Provide an exemplary level of customer service at all times to all customers
• Analyse customer sales monthly to ensure no business has been lost
• Accurately record all activity with customers, including logging of quotes and ensure customer details are updated with any new information obtained

Specification:

• Previous experience within a similar internal sales or account executive role is essential
• A proven track record within a similar role would is preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• An effective communicator, both written and verbally
