Internal Sales Representative

Position: Sales Representative (Office-Based)
Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire
Salary: £35,000 per annum + performance-based incentives (OTE up to £45,000)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (flexible working considered)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our internal sales team. This role focuses on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, while supporting broader business development efforts.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with current customers
• Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups
• Support the sales process by identifying opportunities and sharing insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports using internal systems
• Participate in training and development activities

• Previous experience in a similar sales or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable using CRM and business software (training provided if needed)
• A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
