Internal Sales Representative

We are recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Executive for our client, a leading distribution company based in the Chester area. The company are happy to offer a hybrid working pattern for this position.

You will be responsible for converting leads sourced by marketing, internal enquiries, and the sales team. You will look to make appointments and increase revenue for the company.

Role & Responsibilities

Ensure the follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities 
Generate appointments with existing contacts and discover new potential contacts to target for visits
Support the outbound telesales team with lapsed customers 
Develop relationships with the field sales team
Maintain customer information on the CRM system
Manage leads from marketing activity 
Support the development of national & key accounts
Ensure customers receive quotes and information in a timely manner
Accurately record pipeline activity on the CRM system
Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues
Requirements

A strong and confident telephone manner
Excellent communication skills to interact with key contacts
Experience of CRM and diary systems
Experience in dealing with all levels of target decision makers
An energetic and driven personality
Methodical approach and good organisational skills 
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
