Job Description - Internal Sales Support

Internal Sales Support – Leading Business in Tamworth (Part-Time, Mon–Fri, 10am–2pm)
Location: Tamworth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm

Division: Part of a dynamic and growing business group
Are you a confident communicator with a flair for building relationships? Join a market-leading business in Tamworth and play a key role in driving growth and supporting your area manager looking after a geographical patch in the UK

About the Role: As our Internal Sales Support, you’ll be the engine behind our sales success. Working closely with the leadership team, you will:

Follow up on quotes generated by senior leadership in a designated geographical area, using your persuasive communication skills to convert quotes into confirmed orders.
Cross-sell and introduce other relevant business services and divisions to maximize every customer opportunity.
Contact warm business-to-business leads to verify key information and book appointments or call-backs with the appropriate Area Manager.
Welcome new customers who have recently opened accounts – sending out welcome packs, brochures, and essential account information to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.

What We’re Looking For:

A natural communicator with excellent telephone manner and proven sales ability.
Proactive, organised, and target-driven.
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (training provided where necessary).
A team player who thrives in a supportive and ambitious environment.
