Job Description - Internal Sales Support

We are looking for an internal sales support candidate to join a manufacturing company in Braintree. They are looking for someone to manage customer accounts to ensure that orders are processed efficiently.

Starting salary will be circa £27,000 and working hours will be 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 14:00 finish on Friday.

Company benefits include 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and free parking at their purpose built facilities!

Duties will include:

Process incoming enquiries via all channels
Manage and maintain customer accounts
Liaise with internal and external customers to build relationships
Review and process orders
Assist other departments such as finance and planners
Attending customer visits with Account Managers

Experience/Skills needed:

Having worked in a customer service or customer facing role
Confident communicating by phone and face to face
Able to use Microsoft packages including Excel
Good time management experience and able to be proactive
Any additional language skills would be an advantage
