As an Internal Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:

Managing and responding to incoming customer enquiries in line with company procedures
Preparing quotations for standard products using the internal pricing system
Liaising with the planning team to confirm and maintain delivery schedules
Keeping customers updated on any changes to their orders
Logging customer feedback and handling incoming calls professionally
As an Internal Sales Support, your experience will include:

B2B customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or electronics environment
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
IT literate, including MS Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Experience with an ERP or CRM system is desirable
