We are BioPak, Decent Packaging and Huskee. We provide sustainable, eco-friendly takeaway food packaging solutions to Partnered Distributor’s, the hospitality industry, and to you. All three brands have sprung from the antipodes of New Zealand and Australia, where over the past 15 years, just like our products, we've worked from the ground up. The Role
The role will be administrative support for the Sales and Operations team at BioPak with potential to oversee Decent Packaging and Huskee too. Overall, you will be responsible for managing the timely processing and delivery of our products to our customers, along with completing admin based tasks to support our operations department. This will range from customer enquiries as they navigate our shopfront and portals, to the logistics of order picking and shipping with our Warehouse and our third party delivery partner. You will be required to ensure customers that have signed up are satisfied with our service. You will exhibit a keen knowledge of our product, services, and company. Above all, you will be a strong communicator who is able to understand the needs of our clients, building long-lasting relationships with them. You will be a key part of the team in Worcester with supporting teams in London, Europe, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

Location: BioPak, Unit 13 Nunnery Park, Worcester, WR4 0SX
Contract: Full time, salary £23,809.50-£27,000 DOE
Working Hours: 8:30-5:00 (With flexibility on 7:30-4:00) - One hour lunch
