Job Description - Internal Sales Support/Customer Service

Who We Are
We are BioPak, Decent Packaging and Huskee. We provide sustainable, eco-friendly takeaway food packaging solutions to Partnered Distributor’s, the hospitality industry, and to you. All three brands have sprung from the antipodes of New Zealand and Australia, where over the past 15 years, just like our products, we've worked from the ground up. We are building a group of companies that are truly world-class in their particular fields and aiming for a world without a reliance on oil, and one without waste.

We've come together to provide the UK market with sustainable plant-based solutions and alternatives to petrochemical-based packaging, and also a reusable cup solution. We can do it all.

The Role
The role will be administrative support for the Sales and Operations team at BioPak with potential to oversee Decent Packaging and Huskee too. Overall, you will be responsible for managing the timely processing and delivery of our products to our customers, along with completing admin based tasks to support our operations department. This will range from customer enquiries as they navigate our shopfront and portals, to the logistics of order picking and shipping with our Warehouse and our third party delivery partner. You will be required to ensure customers that have signed up are satisfied with our service. You will exhibit a keen knowledge of our product, services, and company. Above all, you will be a strong communicator who is able to understand the needs of our clients, building long-lasting relationships with them. You will be a key part of the team in Worcester with supporting teams in London, Europe, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

Responsibilities

Customer Services/Operations:

  • Supporting on orders process, reviewing of stock items, processing payments for prepaid customer, review of customer credit limits/balance
  • Managing the sales email address and answering phone lines for CS and Sales
  • Prioritising, delegating & supervising daily operations
  • Resolving department day to day issues with customers, colleagues (Warehouse, Purchasing and Finance Team)
  • Setting up new customers and any commercial terms on our system, NetSuite
  • Working with the accounts team to chase overdue and unpaid invoices
  • Liaising with our Warehouse Team, supporting with dispatch of Pallet orders, and reviewing stocks

Sales:

  • Managing inbound sales enquiries and the sales email address.
  • Maximising sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and understanding of our customer's and potential customers businesses.
  • Proactively utilising Pipedrive (CRM)and Netsuite to record and maintain client information and preferences to drive our business, supporting BDM’s with admin work on bespoke packagaing
  • Phone and email outreach to both established and developing clients to communicate updates, events, and follow
  • Liaise with Purchasing on larger stock orders to ensure well managed across the business
  • Looking to be a 'buddy’ to our Sale Reps, to be an internal contact for our clients when they are out on the road, supporting with admin tasks, bespoke custom products and orders

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven individual - not satisfied with the status quo.
  • Proactive. Ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working collaboratively.
  • Easily adjustable to change - we are forever growing by the day!
  • Experience with lead qualification and objection handling.
  • Time and sales pipeline management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Interest in the coffee and eco-friend packaging/movements in the UK is a plus

Job Title: Internal Sales Support/Customer Service

Location: BioPak, Unit 13 Nunnery Park, Worcester, WR4 0SX

Contract: Full time, salary £23,809.50-£27,000 DOE

Working Hours: 8:30-5:00 (With flexibility on 7:30-4:00) - One hour lunch
