Internal Sales/Customer Service

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic internal sales exec to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales progress using software tools such as Salesforce.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from telemarketing to sales closure.
• Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in telemarketing or similar roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing customer information and follow-ups.
