Monday to Friday | Office-Based | Friday 3pm Finish

A long-established specialist distributor of industrial and hazardous area electrical products is looking for an Internal Technical Sales Executive to join its experienced team in Birchwood, Warrington.

You’ll support customers with technical enquiries, quotations, orders and product advice, working with electrical wholesalers, contractors, OEMs and industrial customers across the UK and internationally.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in internal sales, technical sales, electrical wholesale, engineering, manufacturing or industrial distribution who wants to build specialist product knowledge and develop a long-term career.

The role will include:

* Managing customer enquiries by phone and email

* Preparing quotations and processing orders

* Providing technical product information and sales support

* Building strong customer relationships

* Developing specialist knowledge across industrial electrical products

* Working closely with suppliers and colleagues

Full product and technical training will be provided, with ongoing support from an experienced team.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has experience in a technical, engineering, industrial or commercial environment

* Communicates well and enjoys supporting customers

* Is organised, accurate and reliable

* Has a patient and methodical approach

* Is keen to build technical product knowledge

* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own transport

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
