Location: Corsham

Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday (some flexibility on working hours)

Remuneration: £27,000 - £38,000 + annual bonus scheme

Benefits: Standard pension, 4x death in service, 25 days annual leave

The role of the Internal Technical Sales Engineer - Leak Detection Systems will involve:

• Internal sales position selling a manufactured range of leak detection systems for water, gas, oil and fuel
• Selling into M&E contractors, specifiers, consulting engineers, plumbers, heating engineer, HVAC engineers etc
• Acting as the main contact for customer enquiries
• Review and interpret drawings, schematics and specifications to advise on system design and subsequent quoting
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to closing the sales
• Produce quotes for customers and following up to convert the sale
• Working closely with the External Sales Rep to follow up on leads
• Projects sizes range in value from £1,000 to £400,000

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Technical Sales Engineer - Leak Detection Systems with:

• Must have sales experience within the construction or engineering products market sector
• Ideally will have experience selling relatable products in M&E, HVAC, plumbing, heating, leak detection, fire alarms, smoke detection, security systems, build controls, smart systems
• Ideally will have experience selling into M&E contractors, specifiers, consulting engineers, plumbers, heating engineer, HVAC engineers etc
• Must be confident with sales and in dealing with customers over the phone
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer focused and orientated
