The Role of the Internal Technical Support Engineer:

• Be the go-to expert for all things sensors, offering fast, reliable technical support to internal teams and customers

• Handle incoming enquiries and provide smart, application-based sensor solutions

• Create accurate quotes for sensor products using internal systems

• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest sensor technologies and supplier updates

• Train colleagues on sensor products, boosting internal know-how and sales confidence

• You have at least 2 years’ experience working with sensors

• You understand electrical engineering and can explain technical details clearly

• You’re confident talking to customers and working with others in a team
