International Couier Coordinator

Position: International Courier Coordinator

Location: TW14,

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30 or 10am - 18:30

Salary up to £30,000 | Full-time, Perm Contract

We're recruiting for a Courier Coordinator to join a busy freight & logistics operation, managing domestic and international courier shipments from booking through to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with courier, logistics, freight forwarding, transport or coordination experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Book domestic and international shipments with courier providers
Arrange collections and deliveries
Produce shipping labels and customs documentation
Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues
Provide customers with delivery updates
Liaise with warehouse and operations teams on urgent shipments
Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time
Assist with general warehouse administration when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced with international courier operations
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
Computer literate and comfortable using online systems
Professional, proactive and able to work to deadlines
Ideally experienced within logistics, courier, transport or freight forwarding
