International Service Engineer

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Up to £50,000 Basic (£60,000+ with overtime and allowances)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering business, supporting customers with the installation, servicing and maintenance of specialist machinery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to move away from a traditional factory maintenance role and get involved with a varied position including fault finding, breakdown support, installations and international travel.

The role will involve:

Electrical and mechanical fault finding on specialist machinery
Planned and reactive maintenance
Installation and commissioning of equipment
Supporting customers with breakdowns and technical issues
Working independently on customer sites and overseas projects

The ideal candidate will have:

Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with inverters and programming would be advantageous
A willingness to travel internationally for installations and servicing

The package includes:

Salary up to £60,000 including overtime depending on experience
Company van provided after training period
Worldwide travel opportunities
£50 per night allowance for servicing work
£100 per night allowance for installation work
£40 per day food allowance when working away
Overtime opportunities and weekend breakdown rota once fully trained
