Job Description - International Payroll Specialist

Job Title: International Payroll Specialist
Location: London, UK
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Healthcare + Annual Discretionary Bonus

A growing financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented International Payroll & HR Specialist to join its London-based Finance team. This role will take ownership of payroll preparation across multiple international offices and manage key HR administration tasks. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process monthly payrolls for multiple global entities (UK, EU, US, Middle East, Asia)
  • Liaise with international payroll providers (e.g., ADP, Vistra, Equiom)
  • Manage payroll accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain and update the HR database and employee records
  • Oversee joiner and leaver processes
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts in coordination with legal
  • Assist with year-end audit and payroll compliance tasks
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll/HR within financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of reconciliations
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with Sage (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data management
  • Prior exposure to broking or trading environments is a plus
