Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. The International Premier Relationship Officer role is part of the Premier Specialist team within UK Wealth Distribution. The team predominantly undertake customer interactions by telephone due to the overseas nature of our customers; however, they do have capability to meet customers on a face to face basis.

The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is essential for this role.

 In this role, you will:

• Provide a range of services to HSBC customers, supporting every life event, from opening an account, going to university, saving for a new home, to retirement.
• Build an on-going relationship with clients based on value and service, whilst providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Support International Premier Manager’s to manage client contact and service, resolving client enquiries.
• Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s full range of products & services to enable you to connect the customer with other colleagues who can support their entire life journey.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every need of the customer can be met within the wider Branch Network & Wealth Management teams.
• Prepare and complete documents, manage data input and report generation, ensuring documentation adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with support functions to follow through client purchase process requirements.
• Treat Customers Fairly with customer service being at the heart of all that you do.

 To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience working experience in a relevant role, i.e. customer services, relationship support.
• Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of core Retail Banking & Wealth products.
• A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience of consistently delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service at all times.

This role is based in Central London.
