• Negotiate and close high-value property sales with Turkish-speaking clients
• Build and maintain relationships with international investors and buyers
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for luxury developments
• Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to completion
• Travel internationally to represent the company at property exhibitions and client meetings
• Provide expert market knowledge and investment advice to clients
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

• Fluent Turkish speaker (native or near-native level)
• Proven track record in property sales or luxury goods sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage international travel
• Professional presentation and client relationship skills
• Understanding of international property markets (preferred)
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

• Competitive base salary: Up to £35,000
• Uncapped commission structure: On-target earnings of £60,000
