International Sales Manager

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to work for a friendly, fast-growing company based in Totton.

You will work closely with the Sales Director, and you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities whilst maximising opportunities from their existing customer base within defined territories.

Duties include:

• Identifying and qualifying new business based
• Initiating sales over the phone and arranging online and local meetings within the territories.
• Develop new business opportunities in conjunction with their sales team and international agents.
• Extensive International travel to given territories (Approx 8-10 days travel/month within Europe)
• Weekly reporting and attending scheduled sales meetings (via Teams / in person) as required.

Personal requirements:

• Experience in the maritime industry is a must
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Have a good understanding of technology
• A strong team player

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700

Salary:£60,000 plus car allowance. Bonus based on % of salary against achievements against budgets. Laptop/mobile will be provided.
