Job Description - International Sales Manager

We seek to recruit a proactive and strategic International Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and developing their global distributor network, ensuring sales targets are met while navigating complex international regulations.

You'll oversee key distributors-from high-growth markets to emerging regions. The focus is on optimising existing partnerships through data-driven sales planning, stock management, and collaborative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly calls with distributors to review performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Manage and set quarterly/annual targets and work closely with distributors to execute growth plans.
  • Support key accounts with profitability strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor forecasts and stock levels.
  • Ensure large orders are secured in advance and troubleshoot supply chain challenges.
  • Attend global conferences, travel around 3-4 times a year.
  • Work with the marketing department to align on promotional materials and market-specific campaigns.
  • Manage order processes and make sure all admin is maintained.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 4 years experience in international sales or distributor management (FMCG preferred).
  • Must have an understanding of international regulations, consumers and retailers.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proactive planner.
  • Collaborative approach and solution-focused.
